EXHIBIT A LEGAL DESCRIPTION

A tract of land being part of Lot A of 'Wild Horse Creek Place', a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 162, Page 36 of the St. Louis County Records, being part of Lots 1, 2 and 3 of the Subdivision of James Long's Estate and Lot 6 and part or Lot 5 or the Subdivision or Ludwell Bacon's Estate in U.S. Survey 203 I, Township 45 North -Range 4 East, St. Louis County, Missouri, and being more particularly described as:
