As provided by the Indenture, Chesterfield Farms Subdivision is governed by a three (3) member Board of Trustees. The Board is elected directly by the property owners of the Subdivision. The Indenture outlines specific procedures and regulations under which the Board must operate. If a Trustee resigns, a replacement for the remainder of that Trustee's term is appointed by the standing Trustees.
The Board's foremost responsibility is to uphold the Indenture to preserve the integrity of our community. Working under the constraints of the Indenture, the Trustees oversee the overall maintenance and upkeep of the Subdivision. As representatives from the Chesterfield Farms & Estates Subdivision community, the Board works in close contact with officials and representatives from the area to ensure their responsibilities are met in our Subdivision. The Board meets once a month, and all property owners are welcome to attend. |
